Providing AI-driven jobsite activity summaries and alerts
Sensera Systems provides general contractors with AI-driven jobsite intelligence solutions. Newly added functionality
Sensera recently announced new functionality for SiteCloud Insights, including site hygiene summaries, dumpster notifications and the ability to export reports into Procore to further enhance site safety and productivity, while maintaining ease of use for contractors.
With predictable and automated updates on site hygiene, project managers and supervisors gain real-time visibility into trip hazards, material storage organization, and ground conditions. They can then ensure site productivity by proactively re-scheduling specific steps such as cement pours based on the insight they receive. Similarly, real-time dumpster notifications support efficiency, allowing contractors to order removal before waste spills over and creates hazards that hinder operations
The Site Hygiene summary, including dumpster notifications, is now available as part of the SiteCloud Insights drop down menu. Teams are also able to directly export The Morning Brief and Real-Time Fall Hazards from SiteCloud Insights into their Procore instance through the click of a button, which will save critical time in reporting.
Morning Brief and Real Time Fall Hazards Procore Integration capabilities
Providing project teams both on the site and at the office with a real-time snapshot of site readiness has always been a challenge. Now that the ‘Morning Brief’ from SiteCloud Insights can be exported into the notes section of a Procore Daily Log, the full project team can see the detailed summary of site conditions and whether it’s ready for work that day. In the event of poor weather conditions, the full team gains access to the summaries from SiteCloud Insights so they can make informed decisions about staffing and workloads. Executive teams are able to view this information should they need to understand what is taking place on site, simplifying communication and reporting.
Dealing with workers at height is one of the most dangerous elements of managing a jobsite. With “Real Time Fall Hazards,” project teams gain insight into fall hazards present across the site, such as a worker standing on a scissor lift guardrail to gain additional height. The ability to integrate this infraction directly into the notes section within a Daily Log in their Procore Dashboard gives teams greater visibility into what is happening on a site. They can more easily identify patterns in workers’ behavior and ultimately update their safety training for the future.
