Online training company Global eTraining (GeTn) has introduced the buildingSMART Foundation Certification Program (UK & Ireland) and the buildingSMART Foundation Certification Program (Canada).
According to a statement from GeTn, “Each certification program contains approximately 40 hours of globally standardized foundational content, with the buildingSMART Foundation Certification Program (UK & Ireland) containing UK & Ireland-specific content.” These programs, GeTn said, are aimed at “fostering skills growth in the AEC industry” and validating “openBIM skills, enhance industry recognition and open doors to better job opportunities, all while keeping professionals ahead with the latest industry knowledge.”
