Florence Zheng Named Bentley Systems' First Chief Talent Officer

EXTON, Pa., U.S.A. – Oct. 8, 2015 – Bentley Systems, Incorporated, a leading global provider of comprehensive software solutions for sustaining infrastructure, today announced that it has promoted Florence Zheng to chief talent officer, reporting to Bentley Systems CEO Greg Bentley. In this newly created position, Zheng will be responsible for all Bentley colleague talent management and talent development, as well as for overseeing the company’s global human resources (HR) functions to ensure their alignment with Bentley’s talent management strategy. Zheng has been Bentley vice president, talent management.

Over the past decade, Zheng has led Bentley’s HR activities associated with creating and developing the company’s highly effective Asia organization. She recently relocated to Bentley’s headquarters in Exton, Pa., to inaugurate the company’s global talent management initiative.

Zheng started her HR career with Shell in various roles, including recruiting, compensation, and business HR. She also served in an HR management position with GE Energy in China. Zheng holds an M.B.A. from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and a B.A. from Shanghai International Studies University.
