At the 2018 AEC Next Technology Expo and Conference, Jennifer Suerth, Vice President of Technical Services at Pepper Construction, spoke at the Making It Practical: Existing Buildings & Reality Capture session. During that session she detailed approaches and technologies for creating a building and workplace ‘digital twin’ as well as the handover and consumption of data into operational systems, such as IWMS, CAFM, CMMS along with a variety of other topics.
After the session was over, we caught up with Jen to talk about some of the insights she shared in the room, what it means to enable and showcase diversity in AEC and much more.
