The National 3D-4D-BIM Program, Office of the Chief Architect, Public Buildings Service, General Services Administration, announced four RFPs for 3D laser scanning, 3D modeling, 4D modeling, and building information modeling (BIM) services. The GSA invites all interested companies, vendors, institutions, joint ventures, etc. to respond to any one or multiple of these solicitations.
A synopsis of each project is available on FedBizOpps through the hyperlinks given below. To obtain full RFPs, email Steven Cox at the GSA. GSA requests that all questions during the solicitation period be directed to Cox.
GSA will hold pre-bid conference calls and optional building tours for offerers to learn more about these opportunities. GSA notes the projects in Indianapolis, IN and New Bern, NC share an emphasis on 3D laser scanning; their combined pre-bid teleconference will be held at 1:00 pm EDT, Wednesday, August 22. Likewise, the projects in Kansas City, MO and Washington, DC are similar in scope, both being BIM-focused; a combined pre-bid teleconference for these projects will be held at 1:00 pm EDT, Thursday, August 23.
