FARO Names Keith Bair Interim CFO

FARO Technologies, Inc. (Lake Mary, FL) named Keith S. Bair interim CFO, replacing Barbara R. Smith who is leaving the company to take a position with another company. Bair joined FARO in March 2006 as Director of Accounting. Previously he was vice president of finance and controller at Xytrans, Inc. He has also served as CFO and controller of Stromberg, LLC, controller at both Gencor Industries and Arrow International, and a staff accountant in the Division of Corporation Finance with the SEC. FARO reports Bair will serve in the interim role until management completes its search for a permanent CFO.
