Are you advancing the future of lidar, reality capture, or geospatial mapping? Do you have lessons to share from a complex project, insights on new tools, or a perspective that can help others in the industry navigate what’s next? Now’s your chance to share it—the Call for Speakers for Geo Week 2026 is officially open.

Geo Week brings together professionals across the built environment, infrastructure, and geospatial ecosystems. From lidar specialists and reality capture experts to aerial mapping professionals and end users in energy, utilities, transportation, and beyond, Geo Week is where innovation and practical knowledge meet.

We’re looking for contributors who can bring authentic, real world case studies and practical expertise to the stage. If you’ve been thinking about getting more involved in the geospatial community or raising the profile of your work, submitting a session proposal is a great place to start.

What can you submit?
There are several ways to get involved:

  • Individual presentations: Share the story of a recent project, technology implementation, or workflow that highlights measurable results or unique challenges.

  • Case studies: Get into the details of how your work solved a real problem or improved efficiency for a client or organization.

  • Panel participation: Join peers across the industry in discussing key trends, challenges, and emerging tools in lidar, photogrammetry, GIS, surveying UAS, mobile mapping, BIM, AI, and more.

  • New this year: Even if you’re not ready to speak yourself, you can nominate a speaker you think should be featured.

Geo Week values content that bridges industries—whether that’s applying lidar data to construction workflows, integrating data collected by drones and terrestrial scanners, or addressing infrastructure maintenance and repair with digital twins.

We’re especially interested in sessions that feature you, the end users of technology, and that highlight collaboration, innovation, and results.

Speaking at Geo Week is a fantastic way to connect with industry peers, boost visibility for your organization, and contribute to the conversations shaping the future of geospatial technology.

Submit your session proposal today and help shape the program for Geo Week 2026.
