On April 24th, the USIBD (that’s the US Institute of Building Documentation) sent out the survey for its next Cornerstone report. The survey revisits the topic of the fifth report, which was finalized in December of 2014, and will compare the results to see what has changed during this period of incredible growth and development.
Specifically, the survey wants to know what hardware you’re using. “As more options in documentation technologies are used,” explains USIBD, “this level of information becomes more important to track. This survey contains sections pertaining to different specific hardwares, which can be answered or skipped, depending on relevance to the survey taker.”
Bottom line: It should only take you 10 minutes to complete, and you’ll get a free copy of results from the survey in May. Take it early, take it often–and tell your friends! The more responses USIBD gets, the better the data will be.
