Riegl Launches V-Line Laser Scanners

On Sept. 1 RIEGL Laser Measurement Systems GmbH announced its new V-Line Laser Scanners. Heading the line is the VZ-400, which claims pulse repetition rates up to 300 kHz, scanning rates up to 100 scans per second, a weight of less than 10 kg on average, unlimited target capacity for increased performance in dust, rain snow and fog, stationary as well as mobile terrestrial scan acquisition capability, and full-waveform analysis in combination with the highest ranging accuracy and reliability based upon echo digitization. Specifications and availability are expected to be released later this month.
