Laser scanning service provider Meridian Associates announced yesterday it had hired lead surveyor Josh Feemster for the company’s new Houston office.Today the company reported it has also hired Wayne Piccin as marketing manager of Professional and Laser Scanning Services. Based in Chicago, Piccin will be responsible for developing the company’s business in the Midwest.
