At Geo Week 2025, the team here at Geo Week News had the opportunity to speak to so many exhibitors showing off their newest products and services for the over 3,000 attendees in Denver. While many of these conversations are just casual, we also have published numerous articles based on these talks. Additionally, the team had our camera on-hand and was able to capture a video interview at the booth of Wingcopter, speaking with the company’s Ansgar Kadura.
Below, you can find the entire interview, including a look around the company’s van that was on-site to show off their command center. The conversation touched on Wingcopter’s time at Geo Week to that point – the interview took place almost exactly at the conference’s halfway point – as well as their latest announcement: a new foray into the lidar surveying market. In this conversation, we talked about their traditional markets, why long-range lidar surveying is a good fit for them, and who they’re looking to attract with this new expansion of solutions.
