Dingwall, McNeil Join Hi-Cad

Hi-Cad, Aberdeen, Scotland and Houston, TX, expanded its senior management team on both sides of the Atlantic. John Dingwall joined the firm as Operations Director responsible for its UK office. Formerly with KBR, he has 30 years’ experience in the oil-and-gas-related fabrication industry, including project management on large global projects. At the same time, Kyle McNeil joined Hi-Cad as Technical Operations Manager to support the firm’s Houston operation, which is enjoying rapid growth in its dimensional control and laser scanning projects. McNeil is also a former longtime KBR employee with extensive experience in large global projects. Hi-Cad says the new appointments will let founders Ian Mackie and Dave Penman spend more time developing emerging markets in Brazil, Mexico, Canada and Africa.
