If you watch just a few of the videos I select for this website, you’ll quickly see that I love videos that use 3D technology to create abstract spaces and unusual experiences.
This week’s is no different: To create it, the artist took a scan of himself, used software to view the shapes from the inside, and colorized them with RGB data extracted from a picture. The process was simple enough, but the results are stunning (so is the soundtrack music by Nils Frahm). Enjoy.
